Lisa Mullins Wlkins, class of 1991, was a three-time All-Big South Conference volleyball selection in 1986, 1987 and 1988, and was voted the 1987 Big South Conference Player of the Year, She was named to the Big South All-Tournament Team in 1987 and 1988 and was the 1988 Big South Tournament co-MVP. She ranks first in Winthrop’s single season record book for best hitting percentage with a .396 average and first in career history for solo blocks with 196. She also ranks first and third on the single season record list in solo blocks and is first and second on the single season list for average blocks per game. In addition to those rankings, she also ranks third in career block assists with 373, and is seventh with 140 service aces.
