Krystyna Freda (women's soccer/2011-14) – A two-time Big South Conference Attacking Player of the Year and still the all-time leader in goals and points in league history. The four-time Big South All-Conference selection was also voted to the Big South Conference All-Decade Team (2010-19). Freda scored 63 goals in her career (10 more than any other player in league history) and finished with 144 points (16 more points than the next player). She is also tied for the most game-winning goals (20) in league history. In addition to her all-conference honors, she was also named NSCAA All-Region four straight seasons. Following her collegiate career, Freda has been competing on the professional level and even became a member of the Cyprus National Team where she has captained the team. Freda currently plays for Apollon Ladies FC in the Cypriot First Division.
