- Winthrop last competed in the 49er Classic from Mar. 15-16 in Charlotte, N.C., beginning their outdoor campaign.
- The 2024 Adidas/Winthrop Track And Field Invitational that was scheduled to occur from Friday, Mar. 23 to Sat., Mar. 24 was canceled due to severe weather in the forecast.
- This was scheduled to be Winthrop's only home meet this season.
- In the men's triple jump, sophomore Maurion Jamison placed 7th with a mark of 14.03m.
- The women's 4x100 relay team finished 2nd in 47.67 seconds.
- In the women's 3k, sophomore Olivia Kemp finished with a time of 10:49.83.
- The men's 4x800 relay team placed 7th with a time of 8:17.04.
