Rock Hill, S.C. - The 2024 Adidas/Winthrop Track And Field Invitational at home on Friday and Saturday has been canceled due to severe weather in the forecast.

"Unfortunately you can't outrun Mother Nature," head coach
Ben Paxton said. "We feel for all the team and especially the seniors who were to run their last meet at Irwin Belk Track. This should not be a setback for outdoor as we have an aggressive schedule thru April and leading up to the Big South Outdoor Championships in May!"
This was scheduled to be Winthrop's only home meet this season. The Eagles will continue their season at the Raleigh Relays on Thursday, Mar. 28 to Sat., Mar. 30 on the campus of NC State.
