ROCK HILL, S.C. - Winthrop men's tennis (7-6, 2-1 Big South) is set for two matches this weekend, both makeup matches originally scheduled earlier in the season that were postponed due to weather conditions.

EAGLE HIGHLIGHTS

Diego Quiroz owns a 9-match winning streak, a career-long for the senior, and a 10-3 singles record overall.
-The Eagles' success so far this season has followed the doubles point, winning each of the seven matches in which they have won the doubles point, and losing the six matches in which their opponents take the opening point.
THE MATCH-UPS
-Elon is 12-4 on the season, including wins over Clemson, Campbell and Liberty. The Phoenix enter Friday's match after a 4-0 home win Monday over Coastal Carolina, and will face USC Upstate on Thursday.
-UNC Asheville boasts an impressive 13-2 record and has yet to take on the Big South portion of its schedule. A contest with Radford on Sat., Mar. 23 will serve as its conference opener, followed by Sunday's match with Winthrop. The Bulldogs' two losses came consecutively on the road at the hands of College of Charleston and FAU, and they enter this weekend with three-straight wins.
-The Bulldogs' court one doubles duo Henry Patten and Oli Nolan are ranked No. 2 in the country in the latest Oracle ITA National Doubles Rankings. The pair was previously ranked No. 1.
