ROCK HILL, S.C. - Winthrop men's tennis hits the road this weekend to face a pair of North Carolina foes. The Eagles will take on No. 25 NC State in Raleigh on Sat., Feb. 2 at 5 p.m., then head just west to Greensboro to face NC A&T on Sun., Feb. 3 at 2 p.m.

EAGLE HIGHLIGHTS 
-Junior Gabriel Dias has displayed his trademark resilience already this season, pushing his first two matches to three sets after falling in the first set, going 1-1 in those matches at the No. 2 position.
-Senior Diego Quiroz and junior Connor Williamson are 2-1 at the No. 1 doubles position. Quiroz and Williamson went 3-3 in six matches played together in 2018.

THE MATCH-UPS
-The Wolfpack entered the ITA/Oracle Division I Top 25 rankings release at No. 25 on Jan. 30 after receiving votes in the last poll.  The squad is 3-1 to start the season, including a 4-3 defeat of No. 12 Georgia and a 7-0 sweep of fellow Big South team Campbell.
-NC A&T has yet to find victory this season, falling to Appalachian State and Elon in a round-up tournament on Jan. 18. Sunday's match will be the Aggies' third in as many days as they face Georgia Southern on Friday and Radford on Saturday, both road matches, before returning to Greensboro to host Winthrop.
