ROCK HILL, S.C. - Winthrop men's tennis (5-6, 3-0 Big South Conference) hosts back-to-back matches at Rock Hill Tennis Center this weekend, taking on Coastal Carolina on Fri., Mar. 23 at 2:30 p.m., followed by conference foe Campbell on Sat., Mar. 24 at 2 p.m.

EAGLE HIGHLIGHTS
-Winthrop is off to a 3-0 start in Big South play with road victories over Gardner-Webb, UNC Asheville and Longwood.

-Gabriel Dias and Joshua Ryan are an undefeated 6-0 at the No. 3 doubles position, the best record in the Big South Conference at court three.

-Tremayne Mitchell has won five-straight singles matches and holds an overall 8-3 record, his .727 winning percentage is tied for fifth in the league.

THE MATCH-UPS
Coastal has lost four-straight matches coming into the contest with Winthrop. The Chanticleers and Eagles both have wins this season over common opponents Longwood and NC A&T. Coastal also owns a 6-1 victory over Presbyterian.

Campbell and Winthrop are tied atop the Big South with undefeated 3-0 conference records. Both squads have earned wins over Gardner-Webb and Longwood, and the Camels are coming off a 4-3 victory over Presbyterian.
