This will be the 10^th meeting between the Eagles and the Rockets, with Toledo leading the series, 5-4. The first meeting was on Mar. 13, 1998 with Winthrop winning 10-5 in eight innings in their lone meeting that year on a neutral site. Every meeting since then has taken place in Rock Hill. The teams split a pair of games in 2010 and then the Rockets took two of three from the Eagles in 2015 and 2019. The most recent meeting was on Feb. 16, 2019 with Toledo winning 8-7.
