Winthrop Baseball Earns Fourth Consecutive ABCA Academic Excellence Award

ROCK HILL, S.C. – The Winthrop baseball program earned the Team Academic Excellence Award from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) for its success in the classroom during the 2022-23 academic year.

To be eligible, the team must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale coached by an ABCA member. This is the fourth consecutive year that the Eagles earned this honor.
