Baseball Travels To High Point To Open Big South Play

HIGH POINT, N.C. - The Winthrop baseball program opens Big South play with a three-game series on the road at High Point.

Winthrop entered 2022 predicted to finish sixth in the Big South Conference, receiving one first place vote. The Eagles finished the 2021 season with a 19-27 (16-21 Big South) record.

High Point was picked eighth in the same poll. The Panthers ended 2021 with a 14-31 (12-25 Big South) record.
