ROCK HILL, SC – Looking to snap a four-game losing skid, the Winthrop women's basketball team returns to the Winthrop Coliseum Saturday afternoon to host the Campbell Camels at 2 p.m.
Saturday will be senior day for the Eagles and seniors
Courtney Hagaman and
Kayla Atkins will be recognized prior to the game.

LAST TIME OUT
The Eagles and Camels met earlier this year on January 15 in Buies Creek, NC and Winthrop came away with a 59-46 victory, its first victory over Campbell in three years.
Kem Nwabudu led three Eagles in double-figures that night, scoring a game-high 18 points and recording a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Angela Coello Perez added 15 points and
Jah'Che Whitfield contributed 11.
SCOUTING CAMPBELL
Campbell comes to the Winthrop Coliseum with a 16-10 overall record and an 8-7 mark in the Big South. The Camels are coming off a four-point loss to league-leading Radford last Saturday. Prior to the loss, Campbell had one five of its last six. The Camels have no players averaging double-figures but have been winning thanks to their defense. Campbell is allowing only 55.5 points per game, the lowest in the Big South.

The Eagles and Camels meet for the 40
th time Saturday with Campbell holding a 28-11 lead in the series. Winthrop's victory over Campbell in January snapped a five-game losing skid for the Eagles against the Camels.
