Winthrop Baseball Hosts Three Game Weekend Series Against Miami (OH)

ROCK HILL, SC—The Winthrop baseball squad will host a three game series against Miami (OH) this weekend.  Game 1 is scheduled for Friday, Mar. 11 beginning at 4:00 pm at the Winthrop Ballpark.

LAST GAME
The Eagles will look to respond from a heartbreaking 4-3 loss to No. 20 ranked Clemson this past Wednesday.  Despite leading the entire game, Winthrop gave up a 3-1 lead in the bottom of the 9th allowing the Tigers to win with a walk-off.
