There are hundreds of popular websites you can shop through and help give back to Winthrop Athletics as every store teamed up with Shop to Help Others will give back a certain percentage of your purchase to Winthrop. You can shop at popular stores such as Target, Adidas, Macy's, Barnes and Noble, Babies-R-Us, Petsmart, Fossil, Golfsmith, ESPN Shop, Ace Hardware and hundreds more! Many of the stores offer free shipping as well.
 
Shopping consists of every category from automotive, tools, movies, videos, beauty, sports, jewelry, clothing, travel, magazines, kids, babies, electronics and many more.
 
The SHO internet shopping model drives customers to name brand products, restaurants and stores of their choice to purchase products and services they already use. “We leverage the trend of customer migration to on-line shopping and merchants who offer commissions and referral fees for sending customers to them,” explains Campbell. “Shop to Help Others is America's new way to shop which will simultaneously bring income to non-profits and other organizations.” SHO has partnered with Market America for vast internet retail access which is powered by Microsoft Fast.
 
Winthrop's athletic program currently includes 17 sports with plans to add women's lacrosse next year. This will bring the total number of student-athletes for the school to 300. 
 
Winthrop Athletics through its Eagle Club channels all funds in support of athletics through the Winthrop University Foundation. The 400 member Eagle Club is a volunteer group that raises money specifically for athletics scholarships.
