Sport-specific giving allows supporters to directly impact the teams they care about most by providing resources tailored to their unique needs. Whether it’s equipment upgrades, enhanced travel, advanced training tools, or program-specific enhancements, these gifts elevate the competitive experience for each team. By investing in a particular sport, donors help coaches build momentum, strengthen student-athlete development, and advance the program’s long-term success. Sport-specific contributions are a powerful way to make an immediate and meaningful difference in the life of a team.

Membership starts at a $25,000 commitment and can be paid over a five year period.  Gifts must be philanthropic in nature and not tied to corporate partnerships. 

Yes. Your gift is eligible for tax-deduction less the fair market value of any benefits associated with your gift. Please consult your tax advisor. 

Gifts may be paid in full or with a payment schedule over the course of up to five years. Members may contribute towards their pledge monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.

Winthrop Impact Network membership is awarded for five years

Yes. Winthrop Athletics welcomes gifts of stock and donor advised funds. 

Yes. Matching gift programs are eligible for membership.
