ROCK HILL, S.C. -- For the second straight day, Winthrop needed extra innings to get the job done.
Colin Crowley lined a two-out, walk-off double to left center in the 10th to lift the Eagles past Radford, 6-5, Saturday afternoon at Founders Field and clinch its first Big South series of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Radford scored twice in the second on a Noah Toole two-run single after a Winthrop pickoff error and two walks loaded the bases
- Devin Parks added an RBI single in the third to extend the Radford lead to 3-0
- Hernandez was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the fourth to get Winthrop on the board at 3-1
- Grossington delivered a two-run single to center in the fifth to score McGuire and Alfonso Rivera and tie the game at 3-3
- McGuire broke the tie with a two-run single to center in the sixth after Skowronski was hit by a pitch and Wouters doubled to put runners at second and third, making it 5-3
- Radford tied it in the eighth as a Grossington throwing error allowed one run and Hudgins singled home another to knot it at 5-5
- Dylan Hansen struck out three over two scoreless innings in the ninth and 10th to keep the game tied
- Norton singled and McGuire walked to start the bottom of the 10th before Benhardt flied out to left
- Crowley jumped on an 0-2 pitch and drove a double to left center to score Norton from second and end it
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Hansen earned the win with two scoreless innings, striking out three
- Winthrop has now won back-to-back extra-innings games
- Wouters and Natividad each collected three hits to pace the lineup
- Radford starter Corey Costello threw 101 pitches over 4.2 innings, walking five
- The Eagles improved to 2-0 in Big South play and have won three of their last four
