HOW IT HAPPENED

• Eagles took a 2-0 lead in the first on Hernandez's RBI single to first base with no one out and him coming into score during a double play two plays later
• In the next inning Bowling and Natividad each hit two-run bombs, making the score 6-0 Winthrop
• Eagles led 11-0 after three innings of play
• The highlight of the third was Kropf's three-run RBI double down the left field line with two out
• Grossington then hit a three-run homer to left field with two outs in the next stanza
• In the fifth Cole Yearlsey's sac fly to left field brought in Jennings and made the score 15-0
• Winthrop scored 10 runs in the sixth to wrap up the night
