HOW IT HAPPENED
- At the 6:27 mark of the first quarter, the game was tied at 2-2 after goals by Tori Iannotti and Christina Warren
- High Point would outscore Winthrop 11-2 for the rest of the half to take a 13-4 lead at the break
- High Point would score seven goals in the second half to Winthrop's two

Winthrop has a bye this upcoming Wednesday but will return to action next Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Eagle Field vs. Presbyterian on ESPN+. The game will be Senior Day for the Eagles.
