Buies Creek, N.C. – Tai-Reece Chisholm's goal in the 74th minute was the difference as Winthrop fell 1-0 at Campbell, Tuesday evening in non-conference men's soccer action.

  • Andres Manzano Garcia was tested a couple of times in the first half, with the most dangerous one coming in the 13th minute as Lotem Ben Dov placed a shot to the lower right corner but Manzano Garcia made the save
  • Bruno Riveron Sagrero tried to give the Eagles the lead before the half as he placed a shot to the bottom right corner, but Max Leviton was there for the save
  • Camels struck first when Tai-Reece Chisholm was set up by Teva Lossec and placed a shot into the lower right corner for the 1-0 lead
Foot Notes
  • Campbell finished with a 22-7 advantage in total shots and 8-2 in shots on goal
  • Manzano Garcia made six saves in the first half while Jack Kilstrom started the second half and finished with one save

Winthrop gets back to conference action as it heads to Radford, Va. on Saturday, Oct. 26 to take on Radford at 2 p.m.
