Game Recap
- Royals scored two goals off set pieces in the first 22 minutes of the match and held off the Eagles the rest of the way
- The first goal came off a corner kick as Mario Goic served a ball to the back post and Samuel Idinge won a header and directed it past Sam Bell
- In the 22nd minute, the Royal earned a free kick from about 25-30 yards out and Goic placed a shot into the right corner of the frame for a 2-0 lead
- Ricardo Ferreira had the Eagles first shot on frame as he placed one to the lower right corner that was saved by Javier Cuervo
- In the 24th minute Grayson Woodard had a look from outside the 18 as his shot was right at Cuervo
- Despite getting forward more in the second half, the Eagles were unable to create many scoring opportunities
