ROCK HILL, SC – Lacrosse graduate
Molly Dankowski will take part in the 2023 Division I IWLCA Senior All-Star game this Saturday at the US Lacrosse Headquarters at Tierney Field Sparks, Maryland.
Dankowski becomes only the fourth Winthrop lacrosse player to be selected to play in the all-star game hosted by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association, joining
Nicole Beatson and
Katherine Judge in 2018 and Jenna Kasmarik in 2016.

Not only was Molly one of the most dominant midfielders in the country, but she is an incredible leader and teammate. This season, Dankowski was named Big South Honorable Mention after being a major force on both sides of the ball. She led the team in goals (29), points (39), shots on goal (51), draw controls (48), ground balls (24) and caused turnovers (20).
A total of 44 players across all Division I programs were selected for the event and split into North and South teams. They will square off at 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Division II and III all-star games will also be contested at 10:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. respectively. Admission to all three games is free of charge and the games will not be streamed live this year.
