Head Coach Windy Thees Will Not Return Next Season

Rock Hill, S.C. – Winthrop University Athletic Director Chuck Rey announced Monday afternoon that the contract for head softball coach Windy Thees will not be renewed.

A national search for the next head softball coach will be conducted. In the meantime Jamie Stierstorfer has been named interim head coach.
