SERIES HISTORY VERSUS QUEENS
This is the first ever meeting between the Eagles and the Royals. Queens went 8-21 (3-15 Atlantic Sun) in 2022-23.
LAST TIME OUT
- Despite Winthrop leading the entire second half, the visiting Seahawks of UNC-Wilmington staged a comeback with less than two minutes left in regulation and the Eagles eventually fell in overtime by a final score of 66-58 on Wednesday night.
- This was Winthrop's first overtime game since defeating Radford at home on Feb. 6, 2021 by a final score of 63-59.
