ROCK HILL, SC - Tuesday night will be the final home midweek game for Winthrop in 2019, as the Eagles welcome the Wofford Terriers to the Winthrop Ballpark for a 6 p.m. first pitch. 

Winthrop enters Tuesday with an overall record of 20-15 and a 10-5 mark in Big South Conference play. The Eagles are coming off winning two of three games at UNC Asheville over the weekend, sweeping Saturday's doubleheader by scores of 9-1 and 4-3 to win the series after losing 12-2 in the opener on Friday night. 

Wofford comes to the Winthrop Ballpark with a 23-15 overall record and a 6-3 mark in Southern Conference play. Last weekend the Terriers won two of three games at home over the Virginia Military Institute. Wofford won the series opener on Friday 19-4 and had to play a Saturday doubleheader as well, winning the first game 15-4 before dropping the series finale 5-4.
