ROCK HILL, S.C. – It's championship time for both the men's and women's cross country teams. This Saturday November 2nd, the Eagles are headed to Campbell University to complete the women's 5K and the men's 8K in Buies Creek, N.C. During this season, the Eagles have improved on their personal bests and have had runners finish in the top 10 for several races. Coach
Ben Paxton has some strong runners that are looking to finish at the top in the championships.

WHO TO WATCH
Leading the men's team into the Big South Conference meet, is senior
Theo Kahler and freshman Nick Garrett. Kahler and Garrett will be leading eight other Eagles into the championship meet.
Henson and Essleman will lead the Eagles into the women's race, this Saturday. Essleman completed the 2019 Vertcross Invitational, at High Point University, in 47th place with a time of 23:46.07.
Harper Henson placed 24th in the 2019 Vertcross Invitational, leaving with a time of 23:04.84.
