EAGLES AT A GLANCE
The Eagles battled some tough conditions Saturday at Radford and overcame a second-half three-goal deficit, to down the Highlanders 12-9.
Katherine Judge and
Bianca Tedesco each led the Eagles with four points. Judge scored four goals while Tedesco scored twice and assisted on two others.
Alaina Girani helped keep the Eagles in the hunt, making 12 saves including nine in the first half.
Multiple Eagles continue to be ranked highly in statistical categories in both the Big South and the NCAA. Beatson leads the Big South and the NCAA in goals (60) and goals per game (4.62). Shriver is second in the NCAA in total assists (37) and fourth in assists per game (2.85).
Katherine Judge leads the Big South in draw controls per game (7.46) and ranks fifth in the NCAA. As a team, Winthrop leads the Big South in draw controls per game (15.23) and is 15
th in the country.
SCOUTING CAMPBELL
Campbell enters Wednesday's matchup with a 6-7 overall record and a 2-1 mark in the Big South. The Camels have defeated Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian while falling to High Point in conference.
Melissa Placek has scored 43 goals this year for the Camels. She is followed by Mackenzie Koeller who has 29 goals on the year. Kayla Reilly is second on the team in points with 43 on 18 goals and 25 assists. Sydney Etheridge has played the majority of minutes in net this season, allowing just shy of 12 goals per game while making 43 percent of her saves.
ALL-TIME AGAINST CAMPBELL
The Eagles hold a 4-2 all-time record against the Camels. Winthrop, however, will be looking for some revenge as Campbell took two contests from the Eagles last season including knocking them out of the conference tournament.

Winthrop will return home for its next Big South matchup. The Eagles will host Campbell Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Eagle Field. Winthrop will be looking for some revenge on the Camels as they eliminated the Eagles from the Big South Tournament last season.
