EAGLES AT A GLANCE
Winthrop had a successful spring break week in Conway as the Eagles came away with victories over Coastal Carolina and Elon.  Senior Nicole Beatson continued her offensive assault as she totaled 15 points in two games on 13 goals and two assists, earning her second straight Big South Offensive Player of the Week award.

With the recent success, the many Winthrop players have rocketed up the NCAA and conference statistical rankings.  As a team, the Eagles are first in the conference and seventh in Division I in shot percentage.  Nicole Beatson leads the Big South and ranks in the top 10 in the NCAA in goals, goals per game, points and points per game.  Kristin Shriver ranks third in total assists and fourth in assists per game in the NCAA.

SCOUTING WOFFORD
The Wofford Terriers are a first-year program and currently are winless at 0-6 on the season.  Wofford last played at home on Sunday, falling 23-4 to San Diego State.  The Terries have also fallen to fellow Big South opponents Gardner-Webb and Presbyterian.

Hannah Mutch and Sophie Smith lead Wofford with 16 points each.  Mutch leads the team with 10 goals and has added six assists while Smith has scored nine goals and assisted on seven others.  Kelsey Thompson has played every minute in goal this season, allowing just shy of 18 goals per game while making 38 percent of her saves.

ALL-TIME AGAINST WOFFORD
This will be the first-ever meeting between the Terriers and Eagles.

WHAT'S UP NEXT
