ROCK HILL, SC – The Winthrop women's soccer team, looking to snap a two-game losing skid, will head to Orangeburg, SC Thursday for a 6 p.m. kickoff against the SC State Bulldogs.

EAGLES AT A GLANCE
Winthrop is coming off back-to-back one-goal losses to North Florida and Coastal Carolina.  Allie Thomas found the back of the net for the Eagles against the Chanticleers last Friday.  Kelly Horan has played every minute in goal for the Eagles this season and is averaging more than two saves per game.

SCOUTING SC STATE
The Bulldogs enter Thursday's contest with a 0-4 record on the season having scored only one goal.  SC State has been outscored 17-1 so far this year.  Tierra Pullard has the lone Bulldog goal on the season.

The Eagles and Bulldogs have previously met 13 times with Winthrop holding an 11-2 advantage.  The Eagles' two losses came in back-to-back years in 2009 and 2010 both by one-goal margins.  Winthrop has won the last five meetings and has outscored SC State 36-8 in 13 contests.
