Isaac Witt joins the Eagles as Director of Basketball Operations in 2026.
Most recently, Witt served as Interim Assistant Coach for University of Indianapolis women's basketball beginning in 2026, where he coordinated practice times at home and on the road, managed team travel and meal logistics, and directed on-campus recruiting visits. He also worked closely with the department's marketing and communications staff to grow attendance, served as liaison for the team's managers and alumni programs, and assisted coaches with the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
Prior to that role, Witt spent two years as a Graduate Assistant with University of Indianapolis women's basketball, where he organized and led position-specific skill workouts, facilitated team film sessions, and collaborated with the strength and conditioning staff to align training with performance goals. He also mentored student-athletes in leadership and accountability, supported daily program operations, and represented the program at community clinics and youth camps.
Witt began his coaching career as Head Coach for Greater Purpose Athletics from 2022-24, where he led skill development and film sessions, mentored student-athletes on and off the court, and helped build a competitive team culture aligned with program values.
Witt earned his Master of Sports Management from the University of Indianapolis in 2026 and his Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communications from Illinois State University in 2024. He also holds an Associate's in Liberal Arts from Rochester Community and Technical College.
