Michetti is in her first year as the assistant coach for the WLAX program.
Michetti earned both of her degrees from Gardner-Webb University, graduating early with a degree in business administration in 2017 and later achieved an MBA in 2020.
She played on the inaugural team at GWU, where she served as a team captain. Cassidy played attack freshman year, then began her sophomore year as a first-time goalie after the team’s goalie transferred schools. During her season as goalie, she was 2nd in the nation for saves, 3rd in the nation for saves per game, and earned a Big South Defensive Player of the Week honor. Michetti finished her career as a Runnin' Bulldog as an attacker.
Michetti has been working in the banking and financial risk industry for the past seven years, while coaching SPYA Lacrosse for four years, and is currently on her fourth year of coaching with Ultimate Lacrosse Charlotte.
Michetti is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She played varsity lacrosse at Sycamore High School, winning the state championship, with an undefeated record her senior year.
