- In her sophomore year in 2023-24, she placed third in the triple jump on the second and final day of the Big South Indoor Championships, garnering her an all-conference honor
- In the women's triple jump, Wood finished sixth with a mark of 11.75m at the VertKlasse Meeting
- Her mark is a new school record breaking Tomeika Banks record from 21 years ago of 11.67
- Wood then broke her two-week old record in the women's triple jump in 11.82m for 5th place at the USC Outdoor Open
- Took home third in the women's triple jump with another school record of 11.91m on the second day of the 2024 Big South Outdoor Championship, garnering her an all-conference honor
