Madeline Barhorst

    Assistant Lacrosse Coach
Madeline Barhorst was hired as assistant lacrosse coach in June of 2025. 

Barhorst came to the Eagles after completing her playing career for The Ohio State University. Barhorst is a Fort Mill, S.C. where she enjoyed a successful career with Nation Ford High School. During her career at Nation Ford she was a team captain and named Upper State Player of the Year in 2019 and 2021. She was a two-time First Team All-State selection as well as Conference Player of the Year as a senior.

Barhorst received a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Science; Strategic Communications in May of 2025. Barhorst was also the head coach of the Charlotte Style Lacrosse Club for the past four seasons. In addition to that Barhorst as been a lacrosse referee in the Charlotte, N.C. area since 2018. During her time at Ohio State she volunteered at Second and Seven and LiFEsports in Columbus, Ohio.
