Biography

Career Notes
•  Transferred to Winthrop from the University of South Carolina at the end of her freshman season in 2012, and sat out the 2012-13 year due to NCAA rules
•   Played in all 33 games in 2013-14 as a redshirt sophomore
•   Had best scoring performance at Radford with 14 points on Jan. 9, 2014
•    Is a scoring threat from behind the arc as evidenced by two games with four threes
•    Is majoring in sport management


Prior To Winthrop
•   Saw action in 15 games at USC as a freshman
•    Was recruited to USC after playing for her Bulgarian National Team beginning in 2007 with the U-16 team and continuing with the U-20 team in 2009 and 2010
•   Joined Levski of the Women's National Basketball League in Bulgaria in 2011-12
•    Helped lead Levski to a runner-up finish in the league
•    Shot 64.3 percent from two-point range during 2011-12 and twice netted a season-high 13 points against Slavia

Personal
•   Hails from a basketball family as her grandmother Vanya Voynova was enshrined in the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2001 and the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2007 after helping her national team to silver (1959) and bronze (1964) medals in the World Championships
