Prior to Winthrop: Was voted Best of the West (North Carolina) her junior and senior seasons...selected All-Western North Carolina...averaged 11 points, 11 rebounds and five blocked shots...had 11 double-doubles her senior year...played in the Mountain Athletic Conference vs. Shelly Hankins...also lettered in volleyball and was all-conference.
