Josh Bennett

Joshua Bennett, a native of Bangor, Maine, is entering his first year as a graduate assistant Athletic Trainer at Winthrop.
 
Bennett is a 2009 graduate from the University of Maine where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Athletic Training. While at UMaine, Josh worked with the men’s soccer, men’s and women’s ice hockey, volleyball, and baseball teams. He also earned the 2009 Wes Jordan Award to the Most Outstanding Athletic Training Student. This past spring, Josh worked with the Manchester Monarchs of the American Hockey League as an Athletic Training Intern.
 
Bennett will work with the women's soccer and softball teams.
 
At Winthrop, Josh will be working towards a Master’s of Science in Physical Education. He is a certified CPR instructor through the Red Cross and will be teaching classes during the semester.
