Junior Career Highlights:
Played on the U-14 Junior Davis Cup team for Austria. One of the top Austrian juniors and trained at the national academy, he won the Austrian Under-18 Indoor Championships in December 2010.
Academic Highlights:
2012 ITA Scholar Athlete and made the President's List in the Fall of 2012. Currently studying Political Science for his major.
Winthrop Highlights:
Transfer from the University of Tennessee, freshman year played 6 singles and 3 doubles for UT. Won both his singles and doubles flights at the Charlotte 49ers fall invitational.
Interesting Facts:
Has played the saxophone for five years and the piano for eight years. Flies gliders, enjoys fencing, and played wide receiver for an Austrian club football team.
