Thomas Lefler was hired as Special Assistant to The Head Coach in June of 2024.

He comes to the Eagles after serving as a Graduate Assistant for Big South foe Gardner Webb. Before his time at Gardner, Webb Lefler was a student manager under then-head coach Mark Prosser and Justin Gray for four years at Western Carolina University.

The Reidsville, North Carolina native received his bachelor's degree in history from WCU in 2022 and is completing his master's in sports management from Gardner Webb currently. He is the son of Lisa and Ronnie Lefler.
