2011: Was the only player on the Winthrop roster to start and play in all 57 games. Made 46 of his starts at third base and 11 in left field. Hit .271 (56-for-207) with two home runs and 27 RBI. Was second on the team with 10 stolen bases in 14 attempts, and tied for the team-high with 37 runs scored. Recorded six doubles and 68 total bases to go with a .329 slugging percentage and .405 on-base percentage. Led the team with 44 walks. Had 14 multi-hit and five multi-RBI games. Compiled a season-long hit streak of nine games and reached base 20 consecutive contests, and a two-game streak to end the season. Drove in a season-high two RBI in five games, including three straight games against Manhattan, Notre Dame and Michigan. Both of his home runs came in Big South games against UNC Asheville and at Presbyterian College. Picked up a season-best three hits three times against Michigan, North Carolina and Furman. Scored three runs in a game against San Diego State, Manhattan and North Carolina. Posted two walk games 10 games different times. Stole a season-best two bases at home against Michigan.
2010: Enjoyed a career-best year last season as he earned First Team All-Big South honors by SEBaseball.com and was named to the Big South All-Tournament Team. Finished his sophomore year with a team-high 45 RBI and was second with 14 home runs. Played in 56 games with 54 starts and hit .337 (70-for-208) to go with a team-best 18 doubles and one triple. He led the team with 38 walks and, 132 total bases and a .635 slugging percentage. Ranked in the top 10 for the Big South in homers (T-6th), walks (6th) and slugging percentage (2nd). Posted a team-best 10 total bases on May 27 against VMI and was one of three Eagle players to have seven defensive assists in a contest when did it at UNC Asheville on Apr. 16. Led Winthrop with 12 multi-RBI games and was second with 20 multi-hit games. He had a season-long hitting streak of 11 games from Mar. 19 against Columbia until Apr. 7 against The Citadel, good for third on the team. Had a career-best game on May 27 against VMI in the Big South Tournament in which he went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, one double, 2 homers and five RBI. Drew three walks in a contest twice against High Point on Mar. 26 and The Citadel on May 18. Recorded two-double games four times against George Mason (Feb. 20), Marist (Feb. 21), The Citadel (Apr. 7) and VMI (May 16).
2009: Played in a total of 32 games as a true freshman with 21 starts in left field and at third base. Made several appearances as a catcher as well. Hit .259 with two home runs and 15 RBI with two doubles and one stolen base. Homered for the first time in his collegiate career against North Carolina A&T on Apr. 14 to add to his 3-for-4 performance at the plate with three RBI. Also had a two RBI contest against UNC Asheville on May 3. Had six multiple hit games, two multiple RBI games and a season-high five-game hitting streak.
High School: Was a four-year starter at Immaculata High School, one of the top high school program’s in the state of New Jersey. Earned All-Conference, All-County and All-Area honors as a junior, while hitting .443 with 15 extra base hits and 33 RBI. Played for two of New Jersey’s elite traveling teams, the Tri-State Arsenal and the South Florida Bandits. Also played for the Jack Cust Diamond Jacks, hitting .538 for the Connie Mack North Atlantic Regional Champions.
