The following information provides visitor's with the guidelines and protocols in place for the 2024-25 basketball season at the Winthrop Coliseum.
CREDENTIALS FOR HOME GAMES
For the 2024-25 basketball and 2024 volleyball seasons will require every media outlet to submit a credential request through the athletic communications office. This also includes all photographer and videographer inquiries. Credential Request

There will be a 2024-25 Media Pass List. Space at press row is extremely limited for traditional and digital media. In order to attend a game you must submit a credential request. Priority credential request approval will be given to local/area media. Credential requests will be on a game-by-game basis and you will need to submit a request for each contest.
Credentials will be distributed on game day upon entry to the building. The media entrance will be through the loading dock, accessible by parking in the North Lot (opposite side of coliseum than the tennis courts). Once you park walk toward the coliseum and then down the hill toward the loading dock where the media entrance is located. Once you enter the building media members will check-in before gaining access to the arena.
PHOTO/DIGITAL
All photo/digital credential requests must be approved by the athletic communications office in order to attend an event. All credentialed photo/digital personnel must adhere to the arena guidelines and designated areas for photography on the floor.
PARKING/MEDIA ENTRANCE
Parking is FREE and media can park in any spot available in the North Lot (North Lot is the opposite side of the coliseum than the tennis courts).
POST GAME INTERVIEWS
Post game interviews will take place approximately 15-20 minutes following the conclusion of the game on the floor. Post game interviews can be conducted via phone if requested through the Athletic Communications office.
