CAREER BESTS
  • In her freshman year in 2022-23, she won the shot put with a mark of 13.41m at the VMI Winter Classic
  • Won the shot put and discus throw with marks of 13.42 and 44.01m, respectively at the Adidas/Winthrop Invitational
  • Set the freshman year indoor Winthrop shot put record of 13.72, the freshman outdoor shot put record of 13.46, and the freshman discus record of 45.52
  • Won Winthrop's 2023 Track and Field Female Rookie of the Year Award
  • In her sophomore year in 2023-24, she won the shot put with a mark of 14.17m at the Carolina Challenge. This is a new PR and a new school record, breaking a 21-year old record of 13.87m set by Sara Lewis in 2003
  • The next week at the VMI Invitational, Shaw winning the women's shot put with a mark of 13.38m. This was her second win in a week
  • At the Florida Last Chance Meet, she threw 14.00m in the women's shot put to get the win
  • She heaved 14.17m in the women's shot put to claim 3rd and All-Big South Honors on day one of the conference indoor championships. She narrowly missed her school record by .01m
  • This was Winthrop's first all-conference placement in this event since Ashley Howard won the event with a toss of 13.36m in 2010
  • Shaw's personal best throw of 47.87m in the women's discus at the USC Outdoor Open, a first-place finish, was the top performance for the Eagles
  • She continued her winning ways at the App State Outdoor Open the next week as she won the women's shot put (13.37m) and discus throw (43.69m)
  • Claimed third place and an all-conference honor in the women's discus throw (47.14m) on the third and final day of the 2024 Big South Outdoor Championships
