CAREER BESTS
- In his junior year in 2022-23, he finished second in the 500m dash with a PR time of 1:06.19, moving into second in school history in that category at the VMI Winter Classic
- Was honored as the Big South Men's Track Athlete of the Week for his performance at the Virginia Tech Challenge from Feb. 17-19, 2023. There he ran a PR in the 400m dash with a time of 49.06, which was fifth in the meet and eighth overall in the league up to that point
- Won the 400 hurdles with a time of 53.40 at the Adidas/Winthrop Invitational
- Won the 400 hurdles with a time of 54.47 at the Catamount Classic
- Named to the Big South All-Academic Team for both indoor and outdoor
