Biography

High School:  Was named First Team All-County as a third baseman in 2009 and hit .300 with eight doubles, five triples, four home runs and 22 RBI.


Personal:  The son of Richard and Kristena Newport, Justin is a Sport Management major who enjoys reading and mountain biking, and plans on finding a job in the sports field after graduation. His favorite food is philly cheesesteaks, and Honor’s Reward is his favorite book. David Eckstein is his favorite athlete.
