Biography
Rosario transferred to Winthrop in 2015 after red-shirting her freshman season at Mississippi State. As an Eagle she has played in 28 matches over two seasons before sustaining a season ending knee injury in 2016. Rosario notched a career high 23 kills in her freshman season against UNC and was named Big South Freshman of the Week for her performance. After just two seasons she had 352 kills and 176 digs.Â
Her knee injury in 2016 also kept her out of the 2017 season but she has returned for her senior season in 2018.Â
The outside hitter saw first-place finishes in the Angel Matos Volleyball Challenge her sophomore and senior years in high school, while also picking up a first-place finish in the Power League North Coast and the AAU Volleyball Grand Prix her junior year. Along with the numerous championships, Rosario was also named a 2013 Angel Matos Volleyball Challenge All Star and a 2014 East Coast Power League All Star.
Rosario is studying Healthcare Management with a minor in philosophy. She is the daughter of Lourdes Andujav and Jose R. Rosario.Â
