Biography
Junior Career Highlights:
Was Top 350 in the ITF Rankings. Won the ITF doubles title in Barbados. Trained at the International Tennis Academy in Delray Beach, Florida. Won the high school state championship 3 years in a row for the American Heritage Academy in Boca Raton, Florida.
Academic Highlights:
2012 ITA Student-Athlete, and Member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Made the Dean's List in Fall 2010, 2011, and Spring 2011, 2012. President's List recipient in the Fall of 2012.
Winthrop Highlights:
Won the Big South Freshman of the Week honor on several different occasions. As a freshman he was runner-up in doubles competition at the Georgia Tech fall invitational. He was awarded the Singles Flight Champion for the No. 6 position in the Big South Conference. As a sophomore, he won both his singles and doubles brackets in the 2011 Winthrop fall invitational. He was also awarded the Singles Flight Champion for the No. 3 position in the Big South Conference. Throughout his sophomore season he played 2 and 3 singles and 3 doubles. During his junior year he won the Tennessee fall invitational orange doubles title with his partner Steven Patrick.
