Biography

High School: Played at Carroll Senior High School for head coach Larry Hughes, and was also a member of the Dallas Patriots travel baseball team. Was rated as one of the best 1,000 prospects nationally by Perfect Game USA. Earned three varsity baseball letters at Carroll, while his 2010 team posted a 22-14 record and posted a team-high in extra-base hits. Named the 2010 Colt/Warrior Classic MVP and participated on the Texas Connie Mack State Championship team.

Personal: Born on Jan. 2, 1993. Is the son of Scott and Mandie McLendon. Majoring in Sport Management.
