2011: Posted a 3.52 ERA in seven relief appearances as a junior. Pitched a total of 7.2 innings and allowed four runs (three earned) on seven hits, six walks and five strikeouts. Opponents posted a batting average against him of .241. Longest outing of the season came against Mercer on Apr. 30 in which he pitched 2.0 scoreless innings and struck out one batter. Did not allow an earned run in four of his seven relief appearances, and struck out a season-best one batter five different times.
2010: Made 10 appearances as a sophomore and had a 12.38 ERA in 8.0 innings pitched. Allowed 11 runs (all earned) on 13 hits, three walks, seven strikeouts, while opponents posted a .371 batting average against him. Had a season-high outing of 1.2 innings against Liberty on May 21 in which he did not allow a run and struck out two batters (season-high) in 11-2 Winthrop win. Did not surrender a run in six of his 10 outings.
2009: Played in 2 games as a freshman, both as a pinch-runner. Compiled an 0-1 record on the mound with a 9.00 ERA in 10 appearances. Pitched in 10.0 innings allowing 10 earned runs on 12 hits, nine walks and five strikeouts. Had a season-long outing of 2.0 innings against Wake Forest on May 12 giving up three runs on three hits, two walks and two strikeouts in 2.0 innings of work.
High School: Earned All-Region honors during his senior season and was also named to the HSSR All-State Team. Played in the North/South All-Star Game.
