ROCK HILL, S.C. -- The Winthrop University men's and women's cross country team enjoyed some home cooking as both squads swept the Winthrop/Adidas Invitational on Friday night.
Anna Conrad and
Jason Krell led the efforts on the individual side, both crossing the line in first place, with oth the Men's and Women's Squads held the top three finishes in their respective races.

Highlights
- Achieving a commanding finish, Anna Conrad captured 1st place with a time of 18:48.3
- Close behind, Olivia Kemp claimed 2nd with a time of 18:48.6
- Kayah Marques secured 3rd, crossing the finish line in 20:00.6
- Ella Collins earned 4th, clocking in with a 20:30.9
- Rounding out the scorers for the women, Brianna Dooney posted a 7th-place time of 21:19.3
- Leading the field, Jason Krell took the men's individual crown in 27:24.3
- Mitchell Hill followed a couple of second being for 2nd in 27:27.8
- Miles Carrier captured 3rd, finishing in 27:36.6.
- Griffin McNeish placed 5th with a time of 28:04.7
- Completing Winthrop's scoring five, Aiden Carrier notched 7th place with a time of 28:17.4
