HOW IT HAPPENED

• Presbyterian took a 2-0 lead in the first on Dewberry's RBI double down the right field line and Rollison's RBI single to left field
• Eagles got on the board in the bottom of the third on Jaylen Hernandez's RBI double down the right field line with one out, bringing in Gabe Natividad
• In the next inning Winthrop exploded for six runs to take an 8-3 lead
• The highlight of the frame was Cole Yearsley's three-run RBI double down the left field line with two outs
• Presbyterian got two runs back in the fifth on Randolph's RBI single and Fenderson coming in to score on an error, both with no one out
• But Natividad provided the big answer in the fifth on an RBI single to right field to drive in Nate Chronis with two outs
• The Blue Hose again scored two runs in the top of the sixth on Fenderson's RBI double down the left field line and Dewberry's RBI single to right field, both with two outs to cut the lead to 8-7
• Eagles put the game out of reach with four runs in the seventh inning to go up five, 12-7
