Winthrop then hit three free throws to lead 13-12 at the end of the frame.

Second Quarter | Each teams could muster only a basket in the first three minutes of the second quarter. However, a 15-2 run by PC put them up 10 with nearly a minute remaining while also holding the Eagles scoreless for the rest of the quarter.

Third Quarter | The two teams split the first 12 points to begin the second half, leaving PC still ahead 10 at 39-29 at the 4:12 mark. Marissa Gasaway had four of the six Eagle points in the first six minutes. Winthrop was also held scoreless for three minutes at around the mid-point of the frame. Winthrop did close out the frame by scoring seven of the last 14 points to end the quarter.

Fourth Quarter | PC went on a 7-1 run to start the final quarter, putting them up 53-37 at the 7:53 mark. Paisana hit her second three-pointer of the contest on the next play to tie for ninth in school history in career triples made. However, after Paisana's triple, the Eagles never scored again.
