Karli Shepherd Named To Winthrop Invitational All-Tournament Team

Rock Hill, S.C. - The Winthrop Volleyball program announced that junior outside hitter Karli Shepherd was named to the Winthrop Invitational All-Tournament Team.
 
The New London, Ohio native hit .227 on the weekend. The four-set win over the Gamecocks on Saturday (Winthrop's first win over South Carolina in 10 years) saw Shepherd registering a double-double in kills (16) and digs (16) (both career-highs) with 19 total points, a pair of aces and two block assists.
