Second Quarter | A&M began the second quarter by scoring the first four points before Spann hit her second field goal with eight minutes left. The Aggies scored six more points to lead 31-4 before Jada Ryce got her first points of the day on a pull-up jumper. A&M then led 33-6 after two free throws but Frances Brown got on the stat sheet with a driving layup with 4:53 left. After a three-pointer by the Aggies, Angel Burgos scored down low with less than three minutes left and Texas A&M hit one more free throw to leave Winthrop trailing 37-10 at the break.

Third Quarter | Marissa Gasaway's pull-up jumper nearly 30 seconds into the second half represented the first points of the frame for either team. A 10-0 run gave the Aggies a 47-14 lead. Gasaway ended the run with a layup with seven minutes left but another big run by the Aggies, this time a 12-2 spurt, put them ahead 60-16. Consecutive scores by Blessing Okoh and Ryce made the score 60-20 and the two teams then ended the quarter by each getting a basket.

Fourth Quarter | Spann started the final quarter with a layup while the Aggies made four early field goals and three free throws. Ronaltha Marc scored while getting fouled, making the ensuing free throw with nearly six minutes to go. This made the score 73-27 in favor of the Aggies.
